1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing quantstyles.incomereign.com or purchasing merchandise from Income Reign, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping and Refund Policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Commercial Nature & Print-on-Demand Production

  • On-Demand Manufacturing: All products sold on the Site are custom-manufactured on demand following customer purchase. We do not maintain bulk pre-printed warehouse inventory.

  • Order Modifications: Because orders route automatically to print production queues, order changes or cancellations are only permitted until fulfillment has occurred. After that production commences and orders cannot be halted or canceled.

3. Non-Financial Advice Representation

All goods, visual prints, charts, text slogans, and content are provided solely for entertainment, novelty, and satirical commentary regarding finance, quantitative trading, and investment culture. You acknowledge that:

  • No item constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

  • Purchase of any item does not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship.

  • You are solely responsible for your independent trading and investment decisions.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

  • Ownership: All graphics, typography, original vector artwork, website layouts, product mockups, and text content are the exclusive intellectual property of Income Reign and are protected under Title 17 of the United States Code (Copyright Act).

  • Restrictions: You may not scrape, copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or resell any designs, branding assets, or catalog imagery without prior written authorization.

  • Nominative Fair Use: References to public stock ticker symbols (e.g., $SPY, $QQQ, $VOO) serve solely as descriptive market commentary and do not indicate sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with any fund manager or corporate issuer.

5. Pricing, Billing & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or discontinue items without notice.

  • You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete billing and contact information.

  • Sales Tax: Applicable state and local sales taxes are automatically calculated and collected at checkout based on physical nexus (Nebraska) and destination economic nexus thresholds in accordance with South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law.

  • Engage in fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized payment methods.

  • Interfere with or circumvent the security mechanisms of the Site.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

  • The Site and all products are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  • In no event shall Income Reign, its officers, or fulfillment partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Site or purchased merchandise.

  • Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

EU Statutory Rights Carve-Out: Notwithstanding the foregoing disclaimers, nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot be lawfully disclaimed or excluded under applicable mandatory law. In particular, if you are a consumer located in the European Union, you retain all statutory rights afforded to you under applicable EU consumer protection law, including the rights set forth in Directive 1999/44/EC (Sale of Consumer Goods) and Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights), as implemented in your country of residence. To the extent any provision of this Section conflicts with mandatory EU law, such mandatory law shall prevail

8. Dispute Resolution, Binding Arbitration & Governing Law

  • Governing Law: These Terms and any related disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute or claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered in Omaha, Nebraska, rather than in court.

  • Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
